Team Leader
- Building trust with the customer – household tasks like handiwork, moves, yard work, or painting can be stressful, and customers want to ensure their stuff is safe!
- Ensuring that jobs worked in the field go smoothly. This involves leadership and communication with the customer and your team members.
- Leading the team on each job you’re assigned professionally and attentively, ensuring each worker on the job sticks to job protocols and heeds directives
- Provide problem-solving solutions when necessary (i.e., an item isn’t fitting through a tight or confined space, a customer’s suggestion for how the team should prune a shrub isn’t right, etc.)
- Identify sales leads for our additional services.
- Communicating openly and effectively to both your team members and customers
- Knowing the basics of most handy skills, moving and painting, and yard work principles, as well as a desire to and knack for teaching others such skills
Mover-Junk Removal
Looking for a hardworking and reliable mover/junk removal specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following tasks:
Junk removal: Safely and efficiently removing unwanted items from homes, businesses, and other locations and disposing of them properly.
Moving: Assisting with moving tasks, including packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking of items for residential and commercial customers.
Customer service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy items on a regular basis.

Landscaping
Looking for a skilled landscaper to help serve our neighbors by enhancing the beauty and safety of our community. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following tasks:
Trimming Hedges: Maintaining the neat appearance of our community’s hedges by regularly trimming them to a healthy length.
Pulling Weeds: Removing weeds from our gardens and lawns to promote the growth of desired plants and keep our community looking attractive.
Laying Pine Straw & Mulch: Laying pine straw and mulch around trees, flower beds, and gardens to suppress weed growth, retain moisture, and protect plant roots from extreme temperatures.
Collecting Leaves: Keeping our community safe and tidy by regularly collecting fallen leaves from lawns and sidewalks.
Trimming Tree Branches: Promoting safety in our community by regularly trimming overgrown tree branches to prevent them from falling and damaging property or injuring people.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. They should be reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, the candidate should have strong attention to detail and take pride in their work, as their efforts will directly contribute to the overall beauty and safety of our community.
Painting
Looking for a skilled painter to join our team and help enhance the appearance of our buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following tasks:
Painting: Applying a new coat of paint to the interior and exterior of buildings to enhance their appearance.
Spackling: Preparing surfaces for painting by filling in holes and cracks with spackling paste.
Small drywall patching: Patching small holes and cracks in drywall before painting.
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. They should be reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong attention to detail and take pride in their work, as their efforts will directly contribute to the overall appearance of our buildings. The ability to work at heights may also be required for certain painting projects.

Perform basic repairs: Conduct repairs on various components of homes such as carpentry, and other general repairs.
Upkeep tasks: Perform various tasks to upkeep the property, such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
Communication skills: Being able to communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and vendors.
Reliability: Being dependable and showing up on time to scheduled appointments.
